You know how they say that in your mind you look
different that you really look. Well,
this morning I took a picture of myself to help document my weight loss. I knew that I looked bad, but I did not know
that I looked that bad. Yikes! Now I know that I really need this! I am now glad that I did not take my picture
in a bathing suit. Double Yikes!!
Today I tried some weight loss water that of course I
found on Pinterest. It is really good
(lemons, cucumber, and mint), and it helps you to keep track of how much water
you are really drinking. It is also supposed
to help with belly fat, and boy do I need help with that!
